Once I've gone through the initial consultation with you, I'll have a pretty good idea what is going on in your body. I'll also know what you like, what you don't like, what you're willing to change, and what you aren't!
When you come back for your second consultation, I will present you with your health report and treatment plan. The health report is simply a list of areas I feel we can improve on, and the treatment plan sets out simple instructions for you to follow which will address the issues in the health report.
I believe that powerful improvements can be made through adding simple and achievable steps to your daily routine, and this is how I choose to practice. Over time, you will be gently slipping in to a healthy lifestyle that will see you feeling full of energy and bursting with vitality - and will see you retaining functionality as you get older.
